We’re seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide professional and proactive support to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) within our Digital, Information and Technology (DIT) Directorate. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations across a busy, high-performing team.
What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative and diary management support to the CIO, including scheduling meetings, preparing papers, and coordinating travel.
- Manage and prioritise the CIO’s inbox, identifying key actions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate directorate-wide activities including meetings, reporting, and action tracking.
- Support communications and governance processes within the DIT Senior Team.
- Deliver a range of operational and secretariat duties that keep the directorate running efficiently.
About the Team
The Digital, Information and Technology (DIT) Directorate is an 80-person team maintaining NICE’s digital infrastructure and services. The Business Operations Team (a team of five) supports the directorate through governance, administration, and financial planning.
