About the Role
Makro Wholesale is hiring a Picker – Nights to join its vibrant team in London. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working overnight shifts.
You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive their goods accurately, efficiently, and on time. Every shift is different, and your contribution directly impacts customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and dispatch goods using a handheld terminal
- Report discrepancies to management
- Check product quality, shelf life, and packaging before delivery
- Process deliveries efficiently and meet pick-rate targets
- Provide excellent customer service
- Respond professionally to queries and escalate complex issues when required
Requirements
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable working to performance targets
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for customer service
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be 18+ (due to night and warehouse working regulations)
