Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a strategic AI vision aligned with business goals
- Develop advanced AI and machine learning solutions to tackle complex business challenges
- Lead the adoption and implementation of Generative and Agentic AI capabilities
- Mentor and upskill teams in prompt design, RAG pipelines, and agentic frameworks
- Build reusable Gen AI frameworks in partnership with engineering teams
- Stay current with AI research and technological trends
- Partner with internal and external experts to scale innovation
About You
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Proven experience leading diverse AI/ML teams
- Ability to design and deliver scalable, reusable solutions
- Executive presence and strong communication skills
Technical Expertise:
- Hands-on with Generative AI applications in real-world environments
- Expertise in prompt engineering, RAG, orchestration, and guardrails
- Familiarity with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, PyTorch, TensorFlow
- Skilled in Python, SQL, Spark, AWS (including SageMaker and Bedrock)
- Strong understanding of scalable cloud-based data infrastructure
