- Hours & Pay:
- 37 hrs/week – £33,746
- 39 hrs/week – £35,875
- 41 hrs/week – £38,003
- Shifts include evenings, some nights, weekends & public holidays
- 25 days’ holiday (rising to 30 after 10 years) + public holidays + 1 privilege day
- Civil Service Pension with 28.97% employer contribution

Essential Requirements
- Age 18+ at start of employment
- Meet Civil Service nationality requirements
- Pass medical, fitness, eyesight & hearing tests
- Good communication & influencing skills
- Commitment to quality and effective decision-making
- Care, empathy & understanding
- Must have resided in the UK for the last 3 years (for high-security Category A roles)
- Tattoos permitted if not offensive; facial tattoos generally unacceptable unless for cultural/religious/medical reasons
