About the Role

NHS Supply Chain is seeking a Process Analyst to join us during an exciting period of transformation. This is a critical enterprise-wide role at the heart of our change journey—driving clarity, consistency, and control across the organisation.

As our Process Analyst, you will influence strategic decisions, shape how we work, and embed a culture of continuous improvement. Working across directorates, programmes, and functions, you will partner with executives, programme managers, and operational teams to ensure our processes are fit for purpose, future-ready, and aligned to our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide process initiatives, from governance and controls to detailed mapping and framework design.
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders at all levels to uncover opportunities and align outcomes.
  • Own and evolve our process architecture to support strategic priorities.
  • Analyse cross-functional impacts of change and collaborate with programme managers and technical teams.
  • Mentor and train future process SMEs to build organisational capability.
  • Champion process thinking in projects, programmes, and day-to-day operations.
  • Deliver actionable insights through analysis, visualisation, and engagement.
  • Maintain documentation to support governance, change, and continuous improvement.

  • Proven experience in process frameworks, mapping, governance, and controls within complex organisations.
  • Strong business analysis and stakeholder management experience.
  • Skilled facilitator, able to engage at all levels.
  • Proactive, confident, and outcome-driven.
  • Excellent critical thinking and strategic alignment abilities.
  • Able to balance detail with big-picture thinking.
