About the Role
A leading manufacturing business is seeking a Production Process Engineer (Moulding) to join their highly successful team in Farnborough.
This opportunity is ideal for a Production, Process, or Manufacturing Engineer with a Moulding or Soft Polymers background looking to become a respected technical expert within a growing, vertically integrated organisation.
You will support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, working between Production, Design, and Sales teams to develop prototypes before full-scale production.
Key Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally on NPI projects
- Interpret design parameters for manufacturing
- Improve manufacturing processes, quality, and cost efficiency
- Ensure correct production procedures are followed
- Support injection and compression moulding operations
Requirements
- Experience as a Production, Process, or Manufacturing Engineer
- Background in Moulding or Soft Polymers (Injection, Compression, Rubber, Plastics)
- Strong knowledge of process improvement and quality control
