About the Programme
Procurement and Supply Chain sits at the heart of Babcock’s operations, ensuring that resources, suppliers, and services are managed effectively to keep projects on track.
This two-year graduate programme combines practical experience with leadership development. You’ll complete four six-month placements across the UK in areas such as:
- Source-to-contract
- Operational procurement
- Category management
- Procurement enablement
- Supplier quality
- Support to business growth

Entry Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with interest in procurement or supply chain
- Ability to obtain BPSS and SC security clearance
- Flexibility to relocate for placements across the UK
