 Introduction

As our Procurement Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a high-quality, commercial, and customer-focused procurement service across Notting Hill Genesis (NHG). You’ll report to the Senior Procurement Manager and help drive an effective procurement programme that supports NHG’s strategic goals — ensuring value for money, compliance, and impact on residents’ lives.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver responsive, professional, and compliant procurement solutions.
  • Manage a portfolio of complex procurements from planning to contract award.
  • Develop sourcing strategies that align with NHG’s corporate objectives.
  • Negotiate supplier terms and manage risks effectively.
  • Maintain the Contracts Register and support supplier performance reviews.
  • Produce accurate procurement reports for senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to legislation and internal financial regulations.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Essential:

  • MCIPS qualified or working towards full qualification.
  • Proven experience in complex procurement programmes.
  • In-depth understanding of procurement law and policy.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to balance compliance, commerciality, and customer focus.
