About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategically minded, creative, and collaborative individual who wants to make a difference for UK teachers and learners. You’ll play a key role in developing and managing support products for General and Vocational qualifications, driving commercial growth, and ensuring teachers have the resources to confidently deliver OCR qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage support propositions for qualifications
- Own strategy for priority qualifications to enable growth
- Ensure support is competitive, targeted, and meets customer needs
- Use agile methods and market research to design and iterate products
- Monitor trends to maintain relevance and strategic alignment
About You
You will bring:
- Strong leadership experience in product or education-related settings
- Deep knowledge of the UK education system (commercial, publishing, or teaching)
- Experience in product management or resource development (digital or teaching context)
- Proven expertise in strategy, planning, and implementation
- Excellent market research, analysis, and strategic thinking skills
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing ability
- The ability to balance and manage a varied, demanding workload
