The Role

We are seeking a confident and professional Product Specialist with a passion for technology and healthcare to join TPP, a leading global healthcare technology company.

This is a varied role involving demonstrations, training, and client engagement — helping healthcare professionals make the best use of our cutting-edge digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations in the UK and internationally.
  • Manage and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Produce training materials and deliver engaging sessions (online & in-person).
  • Run workshops to support product adoption.
  • Represent TPP at meetings, events, and conferences worldwide.

Skills & Experience

  • Confident communicator with experience in training or customer-facing roles (healthcare experience a bonus).
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly in the UK and abroad.
  • Languages such as Portuguese, Spanish, or Mandarin are an advantage.

Starting salary: £60,000 (with outstanding annual reviews)

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Minimum 8 GCSEs (Grade C or above)
  • Minimum 3 A-levels (Grade C or above)
  • International equivalents accepted (IELTS 6.5+ or UK degree required for visa sponsorship).
