How You’ll Make an Impact
- Deliver the production month-end process
- Provide technical support for operational reporting and ad-hoc analytics
- Design and support testing solutions for enterprise-wide projects in data analytics
- Work with data from multiple systems and hosting environments to prepare datasets for the Analytics Datamarts or Enterprise Data Warehouse
- Lead the integration of voice and claims data across Data Operations and Voice Analytics teams
- Maintain and update all relevant documentation (service catalogue, data dictionary, ERDs, operations manual, etc.)
- Liaise with UKI D&A teams, internal customers, and external partners as required
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience handling large, complex datamarts and datasets
- Database programming expertise, with experience in RDBMS such as Oracle or SQL Server
- Cloud data platform experience (Snowflake preferred)
- Proficiency in at least one SQL dialect (T-SQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MySQL) and SAS language
- Experience with healthcare or finance datasets (advantageous)
- Understanding of voice data (advantageous)
- Experience in process change and reconciliation of outputs
- Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
