 Overview

The Programme Support Officer will provide administrative and operational support to the Imaging Network. This includes managing project documentation, coordinating recovery activities, and supporting the smooth operation of network processes. The role involves managing individual projects, assisting in risk management, and supporting programme delivery across the Imaging Network.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Imaging Network.
  • Organise and maintain project documentation, including closure reports and progress updates.
  • Manage individual projects under the guidance of Programme and Project Managers.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritise project risks.
  • Support project sponsors in identifying alternative solutions.
  • Schedule tasks, set milestones, and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Report on project status and progress.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, minutes, and key action logs.
  • Communicate effectively with a range of clinical and non-clinical colleagues.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide ongoing support.
