Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Work collaboratively to manage timelines, oversee quality standards, and ensure on-time execution.
- Oversee execution of highly professional IQ deliverables that reflect positively on Legends as a partner and help the company maintain a strong relationship with client properties.
- Develop, update, and regularly communicate project timelines to ensure visibility and accountability across contributors and stakeholders.
- Schedule and lead meetings with key stakeholders—clients, external vendors, and internal team members across business divisions—to facilitate on-time content development and deliverable submissions.
- Build trust and positive, productive working relationships with team members across IQ and clients.
- Collaborate with team members to recommend and implement process improvements that improve workflow, efficiency, output quality, and brand consistency.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends & ASM policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 1-year experience as a project, product, or new business/business development manager in a fast-paced environment
Skills and Abilities
- Expertise with project management software such as Asana, Basecamp, Hive, or Trello
- Expertise with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and email marketing platforms
- Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent business acumen
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Confident, assertive, and accountable leader who is calm and professional under pressure
