About the Role – QA Lead
As QA Lead for Tether Data, you’ll ensure our product releases meet world-class quality standards. You’ll develop test strategies, frameworks, and automation while driving a quality-first culture across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of QA strategies.
- Define and implement test plans, automation frameworks, and metrics.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Evaluate feature proposals for clarity and testability.
- Monitor and report on quality KPIs, defects, and coverage.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines with integrated test automation.
- Champion quality-first principles across the lifecycle.
- Mentor QA engineers and shape the testing culture.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years in QA leadership roles.
- Strong experience creating QA strategies across projects.
- Hands-on expertise with automation frameworks.
- Skilled in API, Web, and Mobile app testing.
- Familiar with command line tools and SDKs.
- Experience implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong mentoring and leadership skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable with autonomy.
