Full job description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. As an RBT, you will provide direct one-on-one therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities, implementing individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). This role requires a passion for working with children, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 – $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
