Overview
East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust (EKHUFT) is recruiting Registered Nurses to join Kingston Ward within the Acute Stroke Unit at Kent and Canterbury Hospital.
The role supports the coordination of stroke patient pathways, delivering patient- and family-centred care, education, and post-stroke support while working as part of a multidisciplinary nursing team.
