Job Description
Mencap is seeking compassionate and dedicated Relief Support Workers to join our team in Swanwick.
As a Support Worker, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities. From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals live happy and fulfilling lives.
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for supporting others
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
- Flexibility to work various shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
- A positive and empathetic attitude
Role Details
- Contract type: Relief
- Shift times: Services run 24/7, with rotas prepared 4 weeks in advance. Shifts between 7am – 10pm
- Requirements: Enhanced DBS check & suitable references
Please Note: This role does not meet the minimum salary requirements for a Health and Care visa. Applicants must already have the legal right to work in the UK.
