About the Role
Shakur Group Credit Repair LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and professional correspondence.
- Handle bookkeeping and data entry using QuickBooks.
- Perform clerical duties such as proofreading, transcription, and filing.
- Manage office supplies and maintain accurate records.
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email.
- Support project coordination and track timelines.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Accurate typing and proofreading skills.
- Experience with DocuSign preferred.
- Prior administrative or personal assistant experience is a plus.
