Overview
Transworld Systems Inc. (TSI) is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to join its CXBPO team. This is a fully remote, work-from-home opportunity offering paid training, career growth, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Work Schedule
Training Period:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Duration: 2 weeks training plus 1 week nesting
Post-Training Hours:
Between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
Compensation
$15.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries and concerns via inbound calls
Accurately document and update account information
Provide clear explanations of account status
Adhere to state and federal compliance regulations
Assist customers with delinquent accounts following state guidelines
Present additional products and services on qualified calls
Maintain professionalism and excellent communication skills
Performance Expectations
Maintain average inbound handle time
Meet Quality Assurance standards
Adhere to productivity and schedule requirements
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
One to two years of call center experience preferred
Strong phone communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft applications
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Reliable attendance and professionalism
Remote Work Requirements
Broadband internet connection required (No DSL or dial-up)
Hard-wired internet connection only (No Wi-Fi or hotspots)
Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload
Camera must be on during all training sessions, excluding breaks
