Salary: £23,810 pro rata

Training Requirement: Full availability required for online training from 18th to 22nd August 2025, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Job Description
Join our dynamic team supporting a national helpline for schools, offering guidance related to the Standards & Testing Agency’s Reception Baseline Assessment and Multiplication Tables Check.
You’ll handle inbound calls, outbound chase activity, and email inquiries, ensuring top-tier service aligned with the Department for Education’s high standards.
Shift Pattern: Business hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (working shifts: 8:00–16:30 or 8:30–17:00). Flexibility may be required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate, high-quality support to schools and education professionals
- Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries
- Follow guidelines and maintain data integrity
- Support administrative tasks and assist other areas when needed
- Understand and escalate safeguarding concerns appropriately
Requirements
Education: Minimum Level 2 qualification in Maths & English (Essential)
Skills:
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- IT literate – comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Clearances: - Enhanced DBS check required
- Right to Work documentation (Remote verification accepted)
Accepted Documents: - Valid UK/Irish passport
- For non-UK nationals: Government-issued share code
- For DBS: Valid ID (passport or driver’s license)
