Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls, chats, and/or emails professionally.
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and order support.
- Follow company protocols for documentation and data entry.

- Provide timely, courteous, and effective customer support.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable computer, internet connection, and headset.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts consistently.
- Self-motivated and organized.
Preferred (Not Required)
- Prior customer service, call center, or remote work experience.
- Bilingual skills.
