Job description

Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data into various databases and systems
- Review data for errors and correct inconsistencies
- Verify data by comparing it with source documents
- Update and retrieve data as requested
- Perform regular backups to safeguard data
- Organize and maintain records for efficient retrieval
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data securely
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
