 Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter data into various databases and systems
  • Review data for errors and correct inconsistencies
  • Verify data by comparing it with source documents
  • Update and retrieve data as requested
  • Perform regular backups to safeguard data
  • Organize and maintain records for efficient retrieval
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data securely

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
