Remote Data Entry Operator

We are currently seeking a Remote Data Entry Operator to join our team and support our data entry operations. As a remote data entry operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and organization of our data records. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Pay: $27.76 – $34.76 per hour

Role and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for entering data into various databases with high accuracy and attention to detail

• Validate and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Organize and maintain electronic and physical files for efficient retrieval

• Update and correct existing data when necessary

• Communicate any discrepancies or errors to the team lead for resolution

• Follow data integrity and confidentiality policies

• Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and systems

• Meet deadlines and set targets for different projects as assigned

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Post-secondary education in a relevant field is an asset

• Previous experience in data entry or data management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software

• Knowledge of data processing tools and techniques

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
