We are hiring experienced Remote Inbound Sales Closers to handle warm, pre-screened inbound calls generated through TV commercials, radio ads, digital marketing, and social media campaigns.
No cold calling. No income cap. Paid training provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle approximately 35 inbound calls per day
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate warranty solutions
- Confidently close inbound sales opportunities
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
- Accurately document interactions using CRM systems
Compensation and Perks
- Uncapped commission
- Weekly pay
- Paid training: 3 weeks at $20/hour (Monday to Friday)

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of phone sales experience (remote call center experience preferred)
- Proven track record of closing sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable using CRM software and call center technology
- Reliable and professional home office environment
Technical and Equipment Requirements
- PC only (Windows 10 or higher)
- Intel i5 (8th generation or newer) or AMD Ryzen 5
- 16GB RAM and at least 20GB free storage (SSD recommended)
- Wired Ethernet connection required (Wi-Fi not permitted)
- Wired USB headset (Bluetooth not supported)
- Latest version of Google Chrome
- Webcam required
