Axiom Service Management is seeking a dedicated Remote Night-Time Support Specialist to provide high-quality customer support during overnight hours. This role is ideal for individuals who perform best at night and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night hours
  • Provide support related to products, accounts, and basic technical issues
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on unresolved issues or gather additional information
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry and internal documentation
  • Perform basic troubleshooting to resolve customer concerns efficiently
  • Maintain professional phone etiquette and clear communication
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and processes

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (additional languages are highly preferred)
  • Previous experience in customer support, call centers, or client services (preferred)
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively
  • Strong multitasking, analytical, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of sales or upselling techniques is a plus
  • Familiarity with call center operations and phone etiquette is desirable

Pay & Schedule

  • Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
