Overview
Axiom Service Management is seeking a dedicated Remote Night-Time Support Specialist to provide high-quality customer support during overnight hours. This role is ideal for individuals who perform best at night and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night hours
- Provide support related to products, accounts, and basic technical issues
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on unresolved issues or gather additional information
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and internal documentation
- Perform basic troubleshooting to resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Maintain professional phone etiquette and clear communication
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and processes
Requirements
- Fluency in English (additional languages are highly preferred)
- Previous experience in customer support, call centers, or client services (preferred)
- Strong typing speed and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively
- Strong multitasking, analytical, and communication skills
- Knowledge of sales or upselling techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with call center operations and phone etiquette is desirable
Pay & Schedule
