Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and appointments
- Handle email management and organization
- Prepare presentations and spreadsheets
- Social media management
- Create workflows, structures, and processes
- Research technologies and recommend solutions
- CRM updates and data entry
- Book travel arrangements (flights, hotels, cars, etc.)
- Assist with projects and event planning
- Provide occasional personal task support

Additional Information
- 1099 contractor role
- Pay: $18 – $21/hour (based on experience & skills)
- Paid monthly (fixed rate, based on contracted hours)
