About the Role
At Alzheimer’s Society, data plays an essential role in our mission to create a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We are seeking a Reporting Analyst to join our Services Data Team within the Technology Directorate.
You will transform raw data into insights that drive evidence-based decisions across the Society. From operational reporting that supports day-to-day functions to commissioner reporting that shapes future strategies, your work will directly impact how we fight dementia.
Using Power BI, SQL, and advanced techniques such as R and GIS, you will design clear, user-friendly dashboards and reports. You will also partner with stakeholders, define reporting standards, deliver training, and ensure that colleagues can confidently use data in their work.

You are passionate about using data to create meaningful change and thrive in collaboration. You enjoy solving problems, turning insights into action, and empowering others.
You will have:
- Proven experience designing and delivering BI and MI reports.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI and SQL.
- Ability to create intuitive dashboards and visual reports.
- Experience gathering requirements and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of data governance and reporting standards.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
Desirable: Experience with R and GIS, Agile delivery, and managing data integration with external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards (Power BI, SQL, R, GIS).
- Gather and prioritise reporting requirements with stakeholders.
- Define and enforce reporting standards and governance.
- Prototype, refine, and deliver solutions using Agile methods.
- Validate data accuracy and develop integrity checks.
- Provide training and support for colleagues to interpret and use reports effectively.
