Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and food service, ensuring our guests enjoy exceptional dining experiences.

As Restaurant Manager, you will supervise staff, manage food production, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the restaurant team, providing support to ensure efficient operations.
  • Oversee food preparation to maintain quality and presentation standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff in bartending, culinary techniques, and customer service.
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere and promptly address guest concerns or feedback.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menus aligned with customer preferences.
  • Manage scheduling to ensure sufficient staffing during peak hours while maintaining operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food production processes and culinary practices.
  • Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Previous bartending experience is a plus, but not required.
