About the Role
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be the heartbeat of the store, welcoming customers, offering helpful recommendations, and ensuring they leave feeling inspired.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role. You will support daily store operations, manage stock, and work closely with colleagues to create a positive and engaging shopping experience.
Please note that the role can be physically demanding and includes handling stock and working across store levels.
Keyholder Responsibilities (Aged 18+)
If you are aged 18 or over, you will take on keyholder responsibilities, including:
- Opening and closing the store
- Running the store in the absence of management
- Supporting day-to-day store operations
Full training will be provided, and additional keyholding pay applies.
Applicants under 18 are welcome to apply. Keyholder training and pay enhancement will be available once you reach 18.
