Overview
Tribus and several leading technology-driven trading firms are seeking Rust Software Engineers to build ultra-low-latency, high-throughput trading systems for traditional markets and digital assets.
This role involves working on mission-critical, latency-sensitive codebases where every nanosecond counts, contributing to systems that operate at global scale and massive throughput. Positions are available in Singapore, Hong Kong, and London with relocation and visa sponsorship.
Key Requirements
- Strong Rust experience in production environments
- Background in high-performance systems, ideally in:
- Trading
- Crypto exchanges
- HFT
- DeFi infrastructure
- Real-time systems
- Deep understanding of systems programming concepts
- Experience optimizing code for latency, throughput, and efficiency
Other Desired Skills
- Experience with C++, C#, or other systems-level languages
- Knowledge of:
- Exchange connectivity
- Market microstructure
- Crypto market mechanics
- Exposure to:
- FPGA
