 Overview

As a Sales Administrator (Education Consultant), you will be the frontline consultant engaging with prospective students and their families. You will understand their academic goals, advise on suitable study pathways, and convert enquiries into confirmed clients while delivering an excellent customer experience.

 Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Generate and qualify student enquiries via phone, email, social media, events, and referrals
  • Follow up on inbound leads promptly and professionally

Sales Conversion & Client Engagement

  • Understand students’ academic background and aspirations
  • Present appropriate study options and service packages
  • Address client questions, concerns, and objections effectively

Consultation & Relationship Building

  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients
  • Guide students through early application stages
  • Collaborate with document writers and admissions teams

Sales Reporting & CRM Management

  • Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system
  • Track KPIs and sales performance weekly and monthly
  • Prepare simple reports for team leads

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
  • Experience in education sales, customer service, or sales (training provided)
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Target-driven and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic CRM knowledge (training available)
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
