Responsibilities
Drive Sales
- Deliver excellent customer experiences
- Upsell accessories and promote offers
- Work towards and exceed sales goals
Piercing Excellence
- Receive full training to become a piercing specialist
- Conduct piercings safely and professionally
- Provide aftercare guidance and reassurance
Visual & Store Standards
- Maintain attractive visual displays
- Keep inventory organized
- Ensure the store is clean and easy to shop
Teamwork & Collaboration
- Support the Store Manager
- Motivate team members
- Contribute to a positive, energetic store environment
Brand Representation
- Stay updated on fashion and social trends
- Suggest products based on customer style
- Represent Claire’s in a fun, fashionable way
Store Operations
- Assist with deliveries and stock processing
- Support merchandising and promotional setups
- Ensure smooth daily store operations
Create Social Moments
- Encourage customers to share their Claire’s experience online
About You
- Sales-driven and customer-focused
- Trend-aware and social media savvy
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and proactive
- Comfortable lifting 11–35kg, standing for long periods, and climbing ladders
- Confident with POS systems
- Able to create stylish looks during shifts
