NABA – Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti is seeking a proactive and personable Sales Assistant to join its dynamic team in London. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about customer service and sales. Full training is provided, making this position suitable for both experienced professionals and motivated beginners.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with enquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
Provide accurate and detailed product and service information.
Maintain high visual merchandising standards on the sales floor.
Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
Handle cash, card payments, and refunds responsibly.
Restock shelves and organise inventory to ensure product availability.
Assist with stock management, deliveries, and stockroom organisation.
Support promotional campaigns and special sales events.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when required.
Keep the sales area clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
Requirements
Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage, though not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Flexible availability, including weekends if required.
Positive attitude with a strong interest in sales and customer satisfaction.
