As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will work closely with Sales Leadership and Operations teams to improve sales effectiveness, drive strategic insights, and support revenue growth through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with the SMB Sales Leadership team to improve sales effectiveness and operational performance
• Support annual planning, territory design, and quota-setting processes
• Analyze historical sales data and provide insights for forecasting and strategic planning
• Deliver data-driven recommendations on pipeline management, segmentation, and targeting
• Manage CRM hygiene and ensure smooth sales execution processes
• Troubleshoot BI tools and support operational reporting needs
• Assist in day-to-day sales operations including account transitions and system improvements
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Management Consulting
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience working in high-growth environments
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with Business Intelligence or Data Visualization tools
• Familiarity with CRM systems and SaaS sales environments
Salary and Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $75,000 – $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
Additional compensation may include:
