Overview

The Senior Business Operations Partner will design, build, and scale the systems that allow Flux to operate at 10× efficiency. You will remove friction across teams by leveraging automation, AI, and well-designed internal systems, enabling Flux to scale from 50 to 300+ employees without losing velocity.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify bottlenecks, manual work, and unnecessary complexity across all departments
- Partner with teams to map workflows and co-create practical solutions
- Build AI-powered and automated workflows that eliminate repetitive tasks
- Simplify multi-step processes into intuitive, self-service systems
- Treat internal teams as customers and measure success through adoption and impact
- Rapidly prototype, iterate, and deploy systems that deliver measurable value
- Lead cross-functional projects from concept to rollout with minimal disruption
- Decide when to build vs buy, balancing cost, scalability, and maintainability
- Design systems architectures where tools and data integrate seamlessly
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar)
- Hands-on knowledge of APIs, databases, data modelling, and scripting (Python or JavaScript preferred)
- Ability to build internal dashboards, reporting tools, and lightweight internal apps
- Experience integrating and evaluating third-party tools
- Strong understanding of AI use cases across business operations
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Product-thinking mindset with a focus on usability, simplicity, and adoption
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: £77,000 – £105,000, depending on experience
