Role Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Assistant (Nights) to join Orchard Court Care Home, part of Jasmine Healthcare. In this role, you’ll lead shifts, administer medication, and support residents with the highest standards of care, dignity, and respect.
Hours: 3–4 shifts per week, 7:30pm – 7:45am (including alternate weekends)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support for residents
- Lead and support team members during night shifts
- Complete medication rounds and maintain accurate documentation
- Promote resident independence, dignity, and wellbeing
- Conduct regular one-to-ones with team members
- Investigate complaints and support the Home Manager as required
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or Registered Nurse qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Care Assistant in a residential/nursing home
- Knowledge of Person-Centred Care Planning
- Live within 30 minutes of Brigg DN20
Preferred: NVQ Level 4, experience managing teams, dementia care experience
