About the Role
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Senior Care Workers to join our team in South Oxfordshire and surrounding areas. You will be supporting clients in their own homes through a variety of services including short visits, waking nights, sleep-ins, and live-in care.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with health and wellbeing
- Assist with daily living skills, leisure, and social activities
- Provide personal care and complex care tasks
- Administer and record medications
- Ensure safeguarding practices and policies are followed
- Maintain accurate records in line with CQC guidelines
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
Essential Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in UK care work (medication administration required)
- Certifications: Care Certificate, DBS check, Moving and Handling
- Licences: Full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Eligibility: UK or EU citizen with right to work in the UK
- Willingness to travel 100% of the time
