Overview
We are recruiting dedicated Senior Care Workers and Care Workers to join our compassionate team supporting elderly residents in their homes.
Positions available in: Slough Borough Council, Surrey County Council, London Borough of Richmond, and London Borough of Ealing.
You will assist with personal care and daily living activities, ensuring the comfort and well-being of those in your care.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and support to care staff (for Senior Care Worker role)
- Deliver care in line with best practices, policies, and legislative standards
- Supervise and assist residents with personal care tasks
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and accurate record-keeping using IT systems
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior/care worker role
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Compassionate and caring attitude toward the elderly
- Proficient IT and documentation skills
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (preferred)
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to own transport (required)
