Overview
Morgan Hunt are working with a large public sector organisation to recruit a Senior Data Analyst on a permanent basis. This role focuses on delivering impactful research and analysis to support better outcomes for customers.
You will lead analytical projects across various regulatory areas, including:
- Analysing the future landscape of the organisation
- Supporting policy development
- Developing new statistical publications
You’ll collaborate across teams, engage with stakeholders at all levels, and mentor junior analysts through project delivery.
Essential Skills
- Postgraduate qualification (or equivalent experience) in a numerical or statistical field
- Proven experience delivering analysis in a policy or regulatory environment
- Strong communication skills for presenting data-driven insights
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Power BI, and handling large datasets
- Collaborative and adaptable working style
Desirable:
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and Agile/DataOps practices
