About the Role
As a Senior Nurse (General) at a Barchester care home, you’ll use your leadership skills to ensure residents receive the quality care Barchester is known for. You’ll be a hands-on clinical leader, creating a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of mental and physical needs. About You
To join as a Senior Nurse (General), you should have:
- Current NMC registration (RGN)
- A mentoring or supervision qualification
- Experience producing care plans and risk assessments
- Up-to-date knowledge of current clinical practices
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks (DoLs/MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines)
- Experience working with older people and mentoring new nurses
