Role Overview
As a Senior Product Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development and integration of RF and digital satellite communication systems.
You will collaborate with teams across hardware, software, electronics, mechanical engineering and manufacturing, ensuring that high-performance products are delivered efficiently from concept to deployment.
The role also involves mentoring junior engineers and improving engineering processes to maintain product quality and development efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead product development projects aligned with business goals and timelines
• Collaborate with RF, Digital, Electronics, Mechanical, PCB and Software teams
• Manage system integration and validation of complex engineering products
• Mentor and support junior engineers
• Improve engineering processes and workload management
• Contribute to technology development and product strategy
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in RF or Digital Electronics and a solid understanding of multidisciplinary system design.
Key qualities include:

Work Location
Hybrid working is available for this position. ETL Systems operates multiple offices across the UK, allowing flexibility in choosing a preferred working location.
