Salary: £55,690 – £62,682 per annum (Band 8a, Agenda for Change)
Contract: Permanent Full-time

Overview
The Senior Project Manager will lead complex capital projects from inception through to commissioning and handover. This role plays a crucial part in managing UHBW’s extensive multi-site estate, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and approve service user briefs and project initiation documents.
- Manage new works and delegated capital schemes involving in-house and external contractors.
- Assess project feasibility, prepare business cases, and provide expert professional advice.
- Deliver high-quality project management across the Trust’s estate and property portfolio.
- Deputise for the General Manager of Projects and line-manage the Project Management team.
