An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Band 6 Social Worker to join the Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation Trust, delivering community mental health care across Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted, Tring, and surrounding areas.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality social care to adults experiencing mental ill-health. The role involves assessment, care planning, and coordination from a social perspective — focusing on recovery, independence, and safeguarding.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent
- Registration with Social Work England
- Post-qualifying training and safeguarding experience
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
Desirable:
- Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) or Best Interests Assessor qualification
