What You’ll Do
As a Senior Software Engineer – Data, you’ll play a key role in shaping Count’s next stage of growth. You will develop scalable, automated, and data-driven systems that support teams across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Scale and automate the Go-To-Market (GTM) stack by integrating marketing, sales, and finance tools with our CRM and product.
- Develop and maintain Count’s analytics infrastructure to provide accurate and meaningful metrics.
- Drive operational efficiency through automation and AI-powered processes that reduce manual work.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience as a backend or platform engineer.
- Strong expertise in Python and data-focused backend development.
- Experience with GCP/AWS/Azure, Terraform, Docker/Kubernetes, SQL, dbt, or Airbyte.
- Passion for automation and process improvement.
- Ability to work independently on complex technical projects.
- Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from others.
Interview Process
- Intro Discussion (30–45 mins): Learn about Count and share your experience.
- Technical Session (90–120 mins): Work through a real engineering challenge with our team.
- Final Meeting (45–60 mins): Meet with our founders.
Interviews can be held virtually or in London.
