About the Role
As a Senior UX Designer on the Global Solutions team, you’ll design connected experiences that seamlessly blend appliances, apps, and content. From espresso machines to world-class cooking appliances, your work will shape how people cook smarter across the globe.
This is a Sydney-based hybrid role, and international candidates are welcome. Relocation support is available.
What You’ll Do
- Design intuitive user interfaces for digital and physical products.
- Apply a test-driven, human-centered design process.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, chefs, and software teams.
- Manage multiple projects from concept to launch.
- Contribute to and evolve the Breville Design System.
- Create premium, visually compelling experiences aligned with Breville’s brand.
- Prototype using industry-standard tools.
What You’ll Need
- 4–5+ years of professional UX/Product Design experience.
- Strong expertise in UX strategy, interaction design, research, and prototyping.
- Experience designing interfaces for both physical products and apps.
- Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strong visual design fundamentals (typography, layout, color, hierarchy).
- Proficiency in Figma (AI tool experience is a plus).
- Understanding of front-end/UX technologies.
