Job Description
We’re seeking a contract-ready Senior Web Analytics Manager to lead digital measurement and performance optimisation across a portfolio of high-traffic websites and mobile platforms.
This pivotal role is part of a major ecommerce transformation programme. After a series of acquisitions, the business is consolidating and modernising its entire digital estate.

Role
- Lead the digital analytics function across multiple brands.
- Own and optimise the analytics stack including Google Analytics 360, BigQuery, and Google Tag Manager.
- Implement robust tagging/tracking: events, user journeys, and conversion funnels.
- Deliver clear insights to Marketing, UX, and Product teams to inform smarter decisions.
- Build dashboards and KPI frameworks using Looker, Tableau, or similar.
- Identify friction points and drop-offs to inform CRO, UX, and personalisation strategies.
- Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure data integrity.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, grounded in data.
Experience
- 5–8+ years in web/digital analytics, ideally in ecommerce or multi-brand environments.
- Hands-on expertise in GA360, BigQuery, GTM, and SQL.
- Proven success managing enterprise tagging and analytics infrastructure.
- Strong ability to translate data into action.
- Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, Optimizely, ContentSquare.
- Experience with BI tools: Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, UX, Marketing, and Tech.
- Experience in replatforming or digital consolidation projects is a strong plus.
