Overview

Liverpool is a vibrant, diverse and community-driven city. As a Service Analyst, you will help design and deliver user-centred ICT services that directly impact residents and improve public service delivery.

You will collaborate with ICT Business and Technical teams to create clear documentation, streamline business processes, and ensure Council-wide ICT solutions are robust, effective, and fully supported.

This is a fixed-term role until 31 May 2027.

 Responsibilities

  • Design and document high-quality ICT processes and support materials
  • Collaborate closely with business and technical leads
  • Support the delivery of user-focused ICT services
  • Identify ways to improve business processes
  • Work across multiple projects in an organised and disciplined way

About You

  • Experience working in an ICT environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work with both business and technical teams
  • Strong understanding of ICT support service design
  • Skilled at producing clear technical documentation
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
