Overview
Oaklands College is seeking a detail-driven Skills Bootcamps Administrator to support our growing Adult Learning provision. This role is vital in ensuring compliance, accurate data management, and strong engagement with students and partners.
As part of our Skills Bootcamp team, you will handle enrolments, data returns, and learner support, while helping us deliver high-quality, impactful education.
Key Responsibilities
- Process learner enrolments and complete eligibility checks.
- Liaise with learners and stakeholders to gather evidence.
- Upload monthly data returns and ensure compliance for funding claims.
- Support learner-focused events and induction sessions.
- Maintain accurate MIS data, including achievements and outcomes.
- Book campus rooms, create certificates, and support course administration.
- Contribute to the continual improvement of the department.
About You
- Strong organisational and data-entry skills.
- Experience managing high volumes of data across IT systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Canva.
- Excellent communication skills with a range of audiences.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and solutions-focused.
- High attention to detail and personal integrity.
