Overview
As part of the Intensive Support Team at Bonnyton House Care Home, you will support older adults across East Renfrewshire, ensuring their physical, social, and emotional needs are met. Your role involves providing high-quality care tailored to individual outcomes, including support for people living with Dementia.
Requirements:
- Experience working with older adults.
- Patience, sensitivity, and understanding of Dementia support needs.
- Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) registration (or eligibility to apply within the first 3 months of employment).
- Right to work in the UK.
Additional Information:
- This is Regulated Work with Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
- Overseas police checks may be required if you’ve lived/worked outside the UK in the past 10 years.
- Minimum of 2 referees required; work emails only.
- Employees with contracts of 3+ months are automatically enrolled in the Local Government Pension Scheme.
- Visa sponsorship is not provided.
