Key Duties
- Provide personal care – including bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting
- Administer medication safely
- Support residents in daily activities, hobbies, and outings
- Follow care plans and company policies
- Maintain accurate written records
- Build positive and respectful relationships with residents
- Attend and complete required training
What You’ll Need
- Patience, reliability, flexibility, and strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Experience with care plans preferred

Location
Wey View, Addlestone, Surrey — a recently refurbished home supporting up to ten adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex emotional needs. The home offers 24-hour staffing, in-house Positive Behaviour Support, a Day Activities Coordinator, and tailored programmes for education and personal growth.
